When I was a Business Plan Consultant
I worked in Suzhou Sci-Tech Innovation Group (former Suzhou Equity Exchange), a subsidiary of Oriza Holdings.
Oriza Holdings (元禾控股) ranked No.8 in China on the China Venture Captial & Private Equity Annual Ranking 2019. As of May 22, 2020, there are 111 listed companies supported by Oriza Holdings. As of the end of August 2020, the scale of its managed funds exceeds 220.8 billion yuan.
The company I worked for provides financial services for SMEs and startups. Because this company adopts a matrix management model, I also participated in various projects in addition to my job.
The Entrepreneurship Training Program
My mentor set up a team of seven, and he created this program when our company was going through a tough period. I was the designer and operations manager of the project. I participated in the whole program, settling down everything from idea to detail.
We invited experienced consultants to help the entrepreneurs solve their real-world problems. In the last session of the project, we invited investors to evaluate their projects and helped the entrepreneurs seek financing.
